We'll share the assessment tool with your team using existing channels. I'll ask some key questions crafted to find out what they really think - confidentially. As an outsider, teams tend to be more open with me.
We'll decide together who should be included in 1:1 interviews or some group sessions. I can help guide the kind of people who provide good insights. These conversations can be face-to-face in real life, or we can connect online.
Then, I'll share the collective results along with a detailed report highlighting the things you are doing well (and should keep doing), things that could be better with a few changes (small changes that result in big improvements), and I'll share the big stuff that's broken.
The report will offer some ideas you can use to make things better right away.
