I'm Laura Hardin and I started Hardin Heights Communications, LLC as an experienced communication professional with nearly 25 years of industry expertise.
What brought me here
My journey into entrepreneurship began after watching communication teams struggle to do it all. Supporting change management programs, managing employee engagement, handling mergers and acquisitions - you name it, I've done it.
I started my business so I could do the things I loved most, delivering information to the right people, at the right time, using the right channel, every time!
Who I work with
My clients range from Fortune 500 executives to small business owners to agencies who need an extra set of expert hands. What do they all have in common? They face significant change, and they don't want to get it wrong.

Manufacturing, food service, CPG, banking, insurance, propane and utilities, education, and non-profits — I've helped organizations of all kinds lead their people through major transitions. Different industries, but one constant: people need to feel supported and connected to the mission.

As a solopreneur, I aim to incorporate my values of environmentalism and anti-racism and build an inclusive and equitable business. I believe Black Lives Matter and I stand for LGBTQIA+ rights. My business is 100% woman-owned. Everyone is welcome here.
